Description
Please consider applying to a new UCLA Health academic C-L faculty opportunity, directly through the UCLA website here:
https://recruit.apo.ucla.edu/JPF10805
In brief, we are recruiting one C-L faculty member to join our team. Candidates must be committed to clinical work and teaching in the area of Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry. Requirements include the completion of a residency in Adult psychiatry. Completion of a Fellowship in Consultation Psychiatry is strongly preferred. The role includes attending on our C-L teaching service at Ronald Reagan Medical Center and our C-L service at Santa Monica Hospital (not at the same time!), with potential for other outpatient clinical commitments, and with the opportunity to build an outpatient faculty practice also available. Given the short application timeline, flagging to please submit materials by Friday, Feb 20.
The posted salary range reflects only structured service commitments (e.g. number of months on each C-L service and other structured clinical commitments). There is flexibility in workload distribution, along with opportunity to build an outpatient faculty practice (for earning income above the established "salary" range by seeing patients through the faculty practice plan).
I’m very happy to speak directly with anyone who would like more detail. Please submit applications directly through the website posting: https://recruit.apo.ucla.edu/JPF10805. Please contact me for any questions and/or if you would like to let me know that you have submitted an application.
